Bei der dieser Ausgabe handelt es sich um eine Kriegsausgabe: War Department Education manual. Nach dem Krieg waren die beiden Bände laut der Stempel auf Umschlag und Schmutztitel in der American Library in Marburg und in der Lehrerbibliothek der Elisabethschule ebendort. 358 Seiten
