Blick auf Giebichenstein. Von einer Anhöhe mit Geländer auf der linken Seite ist die Burg Giebichenstein im Hintergrund auf der rechten Seite gut zu sehen. Vor einem Gebäude auf dieser Anhöhe sitzt ein Mann auf einer Bank und raucht Pfeife. Eine Dame verlässt das Gebäude, um Getränke zu servieren.

Signatur: Alb (?) in Halle umher (?). Am 18ten Aug. 1829.

Beschriftung: Der Giebichenstein.
