Description

Runde Silbermedaille, mit querliegender Öse (für Kette bzw. Band), verausgabt 1864 als Amtszeichen für die Bürgermeister bayerischer Gemeinden. Vorderseite: Seitliches Porträt König Ludwig II. von Bayern und Umschrift: "Ludwig II., Koenig v. Bayern", sowie unter dem Porträt "J. Ries" (Stempelschneiderzeichen Johann Adam Ries). Rückseite: Eingraviert "SAUSENHEIM", in rundem Lorbeerkranz. Beide Seiten mit Kratzspuren.

Sausenheim ist heute ein Ortsteil von Grünstadt.

2005 aus Ebay für den Altertumsverein Grünstadt angekauft.
