Description

Die Griechen, aber auch Etrusker und Römer, tranken ihren Wein nicht pur. Sie versetzten ihn mit Wasser und verfeinerten ihn mit Gewürzen und Harzen. Damit der Zecher nicht durch die Rückstände der Zusätze beeinträchtigt wurde, wurde ein Sieb benötigt. (AVS)
