Hegyi Lajos másodéves tanárnövendék kézírásos jegyzetei egy vonalas füzetben 1915-18-ból. A borítón a magyar gyártmány felirat szerepel. Az első oldalon az iskolai házirend olvasható. A továbbiakban a gyakorlóiskolában tett megfigyelésekről, hospitálásokról olvashatunk. A hátsó borító belső oldalán női karikatúra látható. A füzetet a Rigler József Ede Papírneműgyár R. T. gyártotta Budapesten.
