A költő halálának 15. évfordulójára, 1952. december 3-án avatták fel Beck András szobrát az Angyalföldi József Attila Művelődési Központ előtt. 1952-ben a művelődési ház neve: Rákosi Mátyás Kultúrház. 280 cm izbégi kő talapzat, 270 cm bronz álló alak. Felirat "JÓZSEF ATTILA"
