Heim Péter (1834-1904) országos posta- és távírda főigazgató félalakos portréja díszes keretben. A kép idős korában ábrázolja a főigazgatót, akinek dédunokája, Heim Pál az adományozó. A képen látható kitüntetései: a Szent István rend kiskeresztje és a Lipót rend lovagkeresztje.
