Szatmár vármegye királyi tanfelügyelője elutasítja Borbáth Andor (András) ref. tanító kérelmét a nyugdíjintézetbe történő felvételről, mivel még nem töltötte be 21. évét. Egyúttal tájékoztatja a belépéshez majdan szükséges dokumentumokról. Az okmányt egy hosszában félbe hajtott papírra állították ki 1908. június 30-án.
