Fotoalbum im A4-Querformat mit Textileinband und Pappeinlageblättern, Heftung durch Textilkordelband in Metallösen.
48-Seiten, davon 38 mit aufgeklebten Fotografien und Bildunterschrift in weißer Handschrift. Die Fotografien sind mittel Fotoecken fixiert.
Innenseite Einbanddeckel in weißer Handschrift: "Kleine Bilder aus dem täglichen Leben // des Kreiskrankenhauses zu Wolmirstedt. // Zum 5. November 1921 // Erna Bernstein und die Schwestern.".
