Zur ewigen Quelle 1952 - 1969

Zu der Gaststätte ist im Kreismuseum Syke ein Fragebogen des Projekts "Das Gaststättenwesen im Landkreis Diepholz " vorhanden. Ferner 9 Anlagen, darunter z.B.:

- Annahme des Antrags von Anni Laue auf Errichtung eines Einzelhandelsgeschäftes zum Handel mit Flaschenbier, Spirituosen und Tabakwaren durch den Henstedter Gemeinderat vom 12. Juli 1952.
- Erlaubnis des Landkreises Grafschaft Hoya zum Handel mit Flaschenbier für Anni Laue vom 4. August 1952.
- Befürwortung des Antrags von Anni Laue auf Errichtung einer Schankwirtschaft durch die Gemeinde Henstedt vom
