Téglalap alakú, bronz emlékérem. Előoldalán felirat: 67. ORSZÁGOS MEZŐGAZDASÁGI ÉS ÉLELMISZERIPARI KIÁLLÍTÁS. Bal oldalán kör keretben egy vető férfi alak ábrázolás látható. Az érem sarkában pedig az 1970-es évszám szerepel.
Hátoldalán levélmotívumok és III. (díj) felirat áll. BULIV (Budapesti Likőripari Vállalat) termékeivel vett részt a verenyen.
