Lapos, kerek, porcelán emlékplakett, díj. Körirata: VENDÉGLÁTÓIPARI ELADÓK ORSZÁGOS VERSENYE NAGYKANIZSA 1978 Középütt a város csillagos, várkapu ábrázolásával díszített szocialista kori címere látható. Körben szélein arany sáv látszik. Hátul jelzés: Hollóházi Porcelánygyár.
