Description

A felvételen a III. teremben lévő vitrinek egyike látható. A vitrinben különböző Mikulás ünnepéhez kötődő, illetve a karácsonyi időszakkal kapcsolatos csokoládé öntőformák látszanak. A vitrin feletti olajfestményen Stück Ferenc (1905-1908 körül készített) portréja tekint le ránk. Stück Ferenc nemcsak kitűnő cukrászmester volt, de ő volt a Budapesti Cukrászok és Mézeskalácsosok Ipartestületének alapítója és első elnöke is.
