Félkör alakú reklámlegyező, mindkét oldalán kékeszöld alapon fehér színű hullámos mintázat. Középütt a Corvin Áruház (Budapest) épületének sematikus rajza, nyomtatva fekete színnel, alatta: CORVIN / A JÓ MINŐSÉGEK ÁRUHÁZA / kétoldalt pedig: Telefon: 14-55-27 felirat olvasható. A legyezőhöz fémgyűrűvel kapcsolt ezüst bevonatú papír fogantyú tartozik. 1940 körüli.
