Kiváló földműves szövetkezeti dolgozó jelvény, kitűző. A vörös ötágú csillag alakú zománzocott jelvény alatt középütt piros, fehér, zöld színű szalagsáv látható. Körben fogaskerék és búzakalász ábrázolás látható. Középütt kör keretben fehér alapon felirat: KIVÁLÓ FÖLDMŰVES SZÖVETKEZETI DOLGOZÓ"
