Description

A fehér - kék – piros szalag felső részén réz lemezből préselt záró részen tűtoló sisak két keresztbe tett baltán. A szalagon három soros felirat: „ Upominka na okrskovy hasicsky sjezd v TRNOVANECH 24.VI.1934.” A szalag alsó részén arany rojtokat utánzó sárgaréz zárólemez.
