Diese Rhodochrosit-Stufe zierte bereits ein Titelblatt der "Emser Hefte", die 1980 der Grube Wolf einen eigenen Band widmeten, und ist auch bei Bode & Wittern (1989) abgebildet. Sie ist Teil der 1989 erworbenen "Sammlung J. Runkel", die noch eine Vielzahl weiterer exquisiter Mineralstufen enthält, die ebenfalls schon Eingang in die Literatur fanden.
