Ovális alakú, enyhén domború címertábla. Alapszíne fehér, fekete betűkkel. Körirata: "POSTA KÖZPONTI JAVÍTÓÜZEM" alatta:"BUDAPEST", KÖZÉPEN : "1. SZ. ÜZEME". A tábla közepén a Kádár-címer látható, alatta postakürt. A táblára négy lyukat fúrtak rögzítzés céljából. A javítóüzem bejáratánál állt, az 1960-as években.
