Monokróm grafikai plakát: fehér alapon középen a globusz kétféle kék színben. Körülötte fehér sávok, azokon levélboríték, csomag és pénzjegy; a sávok metszési pontjában az Egyetemes Posta Egyesület logója sárga színnel.
Kék színű betűkkel fölül - 14. Postai Világnap, 1983. október 9. A posta hálózatával átfogja a világot. Legalul: Hírközlési világév 1983.
