A 29 személyt tartalmazó csoportkép a Miskolci Postapalota avatásán készült 1937. október 14-én.
Az eseményről terjedelmes cikkben számolt be a Felső-magyarországi Hírlap 1937. október 15-i számában.
A fotón két személy van beazonosítva, Demeter László és Demeter Ernő, akik az épület lakatos munkáit végezték.
A fotót Demeter Ernő lánya, Móréné Demeter Ernesztina ajándékozta a Postamúzeum részére.
