Hosszított téglalap alakú zománcozott tábla. Alapszíne fehér, fekete kerettel és betűkkel. Két rövidebb oldalán lyukak láthatók, amik a rögzítését szolgálták. Felirata: "KÉZBESÍTŐK".A táblát a helyiség bejárátának közelében helyezték el az ügyfelek tájékoztatására.
