Lepusztulóban lévő földszintes saroképület üzlethelyiséggel.
"FŐVÁROSI SÜTŐIPARI V."

Pachinger Ferenc sütödéje, aki családjával az államosítás után is ott lakott, de a korábbi bejáratot a Vöröskereszt utca felől már megszüntették. 1944- ben építettek be gőzkencét,ami akkor nagyon korszerűnek számított.
