Az üzlet Budafokon az Árpád utca 51. szám alatt m&#369;ködött 1937-t&#337;l 1952-ig, amikor is Schmidt Károly üzletét államosították.<br>
Schmidt Károly hentesárui városszerte híresek voltak. A sváb véres- és májashurkáért, a disznósajtért, a kolozsvári szalonnáért sokan még a belvárosból is kivillamosoztak Budafokra.<br>
A felvétel 1940-ben készült.
