Jellegzetes mezőtúri sárga, ún. dudi alapszínű, kívül a peremén barna hullámvonal, belül nemzeti színű sávozás fut körbe.A nemzeti színű, ún. hazafias díszítmény a kiegyezés után csaknem valamennyi mezőtúri fazekastermékre felkerült, de a tálakat jellemzi leginkább.
