Description

Constance Eileen King was born and educated near Swansea. After training as an art teacher, she taught in a large comprehensive school before becoming a journalist and writer. Her main interest in the artifacts of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, and in her work endeavours to relate objects to thier social contract. She writes regularly for antiques on television as well as lecturing on the subject.
