Vasbádogból készült, félköríves oldalfalú doboz, melynek hátsó oldala felálló, hullámosan-ívesen kiképzett, virágszirmokat formázó dombormintával. Felül, középen egy lyukkal a felakasztáshoz. Kívül kékre, belül fehérre zománcozott. Alján fehérrel gyári jel és felirat: CSEPEL 00.
