Eine historische Untersuchung und Ereignisse zum zweiten Vortrag am 31.01.2020 über den US-Jagdbomberangriff am 23. Januar 1945 bei Bodendorf auf einen in Feuerstellung stehenden Flak-Zug, der auf den Gleisen der Ahrtalstrecke stand. Bei diesem Angriff wurde ein in der Nähe haltenden und an der Weiterfahrt durch den Flak-Zug behinderten Lazarettzug, getroffen wurde.
