The U.S. Frauen overseas war eine monatlich erscheinende Publikation des Clubs der Ramsteiner Offiziersfrauen. Titelblattgestaltung: Kopfzeile mit Zeitungsnamen und Datum, links eine Zeichnung von Schloß Neuschwanstein, rechts die Skyline von New York. Ansonsten flächendeckende Artikel mit Schwarz-Weiß-Fotos. Die Herausgeberin der Zeitung, Helen Torrance, schreibt auf Seite 1: "... that this paper, a product of the Ramstein Officers Wives Club, shall be a fountain of news, information and feature stories.
that this paper shall give an account of all Wives Club activities, sports and games, and shall include items on the latest trends in fashion, cosmetics, cookery, and household gadgets."
