Der Quilt wurde der Gemeinde Ramstein-Miesenbach von den Schülern geschenkt. Vorderseite: Der Quilt ist mit 24 Einzelbildern versehen, die auf den Stoff appliziert sind. Sie zeigen verschiedene Szenen aus dem Ramsteiner Alltag: das Haus des Bürgers, ein Flugzeug, eine Apotheke, eine Bäckerei, der Kirche, das Rheinland-Pfälzer Wappen, das Ramstein-Miesenbacher Wappen usw.
Rückseite: drei Stoffbahnen in Anlehung an die deutsche Flagge.
