Bez.: Vestigii della parte di fuora dell’Anfiteatro di Tito, qual fu primo edifcato da Vespasiano suo padre, poida lui dedicato, Fu questo edficio di pietra di travertino, e’diforma ovale ornato, con pilastri e’colonne di mezzo rilevo, d’opera dorica Ionica, e’ corinthia, Hoggi si vede gran parte rouinato et si chiama volgarmente il Coliseo, al segno. A. era la Meta sudante cosi chiamata da gli Antichi perche da lei uscina una fontana con gran copia d’acqua
