About the museum
The Museum is the researcher, custodian and promoter of the diverse cultural and natural heritage of Pécs and Baranya county. In addition to its sustainability, it sees its mission in the further development of modern museology, in the service of cultured leisure activities and in the professional dissemination of knowledge. The Museum supports this intellectual and artistic base with all its activities. Collects, preserves and presents the rich and diverse cultural, intellectual and natural assets of Pécs and Baranya county to the living here community and to the guests.
