About the museum
The Arzis History and Local Lore Museum (Odesa region, Bessarabia)was founded in 1977 and is located in the heart of the city, on Svobody Street.
The museum's collections include thousands of exhibits from different periods, including Scythian, Slavic and German (1816-1940).
Among the most important expositions are the "German" (dedicated to the founders of the city), "Buch des Lebens" - a literary exposition, "Scythian-Slavic".
The museum also has a collection of traditional clothes of the multinational Bessarabian population of the early 20th century
