Also known as Helyot, Marie; Herinx, Marie
Biography: Pious woman; daughter of Jean Herinx and Elisabeth Olivier; in 1662 married Claude Helyot (q.v.), Councillor at the Cour des Aides; embraced a life of prayer and charity following the death of their son in 1668 and joined the Sisters of Saint Clare of Assisi as a secular member.
