Chemie AG Bitterfeld-Wolfen

Die Chemie AG Bitterfeld-Wolfen ist der Nachfolgebetrieb des VEB CKB | Chemiekombinat Bitterfeld. Das CKB wurde durch die Treuhandanstalt zum 21. Juni 1990 zur Chemie AG Bitterfeld-Wolfen privatisiert. 1993 wurde Die Chemie AG zur Chemie GmbH Bitterfeld-Wolfen umgewandelt. Im Folgejahr benannt sich das Unternehmen in Bitterfelder Vermögensverwaltung Chemie GmbH. Dabei kam es zur Abspaltung und Gründung neuer Gesellschaften, u. a. wurde die ChemiePark Bitterfeld GmbH gegründet.
