"Im Jahr 1765 eröffnete der Mainzer Georg Ludwig Müller in Flörsheim eine Fayence-Fabrik mit etwa 80 Arbeitern. Das darin hergestellte Porzellan trägt als Marke drei große „F“ für „Flörsheimer Fayence-Fabrik“.(→ FFF) Die Fabrik bestand bis ins Jahr 1914."
