Ca. 17.000 Beschäftigte in den Inklusionsämtern, Förderschulen, psychiatrischen Kliniken, Pflegezentren, Wohnverbünden, Museen, wissenschaftlichen Kommissionen und Kulturinstitutionen. Verwaltungssitz: Münster.
