Vorderseite: Kopf des Marc Aurel mit leichtem Bart nach r., barhäuptig.
Rückseite: Marcus Aurelius in Toga nach l. gewandt und Faustina II. nach r. gewandt stehen sich gegenüber und reichen einander die r. Hand (dextrarum iunctio). Zwischen ihnen steht frontal Concordia, deren Blick nach r., dem Marc Aurel zugewandt ist.
