Description

Eine 25-Pfennig-Briefmarke zum 25. Jahrestag des Endes des Zweiten Weltkriegs in Europa. Abgebildet sind das Gebäude des Rates für gegenseitige Wirtschaftshilfe (RGW) in Moskau und die Flaggen der Mitgliedsstaaten. Der RGW wurde 1949 als sozialistisches Gegenstück zum Marshallplan und zur Organisation für europäische wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit (OEEC) gegründet.
