Description

Eine Kriegsanleihe für 25 Rubel. Die dritte staatliche Kriegsanleihe aus dem Jahr 1944 wurde von dem Volkskommissariat für Finanzen der UdSSR angeboten. Zur Finanzierung der Rüstungsproduktion und des Krieges gab die sowjetische Regierung Kriegsanleihen aus. Sie hatten eine Laufzeit von 20 Jahren.
