Description

A raging attacker armed with a lance (very similar to the figure taunting a bull in Tauromaquia no. 12) has thrown a man to the ground and is threatening others who turn away, unsure how to respond. However we choose to interpret the relationship between the figures, it is an image of pervasive, latent violence, invested with a sense of timelessness by the darkness and the ruins in the background.
