Otto Schultz (Medailleur) (1848-1911)

"Schultz, Otto (16.01.1848 - 13.08.1911)
Sohn eines Lokomotivführers, Schüler des Bildhauers und Stuckateurs Wolff und des Bildhauers Julius Moser, dreijähriges Studium an der Königlichen Akademie, u. a. bei Karl Fischer, nach dem Studium sieben Jahre bei Kullrich, dann sechs Jahre in London, Paris, Bonn und Wien, 1882 selbständig in Berlin, arbeitete für Münze und Berliner Medaillen-Münze, 1889 zweiter und 1905 erster Münzmedailleur.
Zahlreiche Münz- und Medaillenstempel.
