Potsdamer Dampf-Schokoladenfabrik

Johann Friedrich Miethe war ein bekannter Unternehmer in Potsdam. Er hatte 1828 die erste Schokoladenfabrik in Deutschland mit einer Dampf-Schokoladen-Maschine in Betrieb genommen, mit der die sogenannte "Potsdamer Dampfschokolade" produziert wurde.
