Arnold Heinrich August Gaedeke (* 29. April 1875 in Heidelberg; † 7. Oktober 1916 ebenda). Er studierte Physik, promovierte und lehrte an der Universität in Heidelberg. Verheiratet war er mit Agnes Gaedeke geb. Kohlrausch (1890–1915), die Tochter von Friedrich Kohlrausch, dem Vorgänger von W.C. Röntgens Lehrstuhl für Physik an der Uni Würzburg.
