In Berliner tätiger Ingenieur jüdischer Abstammung; Inhaber der Glasmaschinen-Industrie GmbH und der Haidemühler Glashüttenwerke. Komunalpolitiker, Regierungsbaumeister (1916-1918) in Berlin. Seine Sammlung antiker und mittelalterlicher Gefäße wurde 1929 verauktioniert. Adolf Schiller starb 1943 im Konzentrationslager Theresienstadt.
